When the operating system is has
errors, starting Windows in safe mode is
recommended to look for errors. There are
several options for this in Windows 10.
In case of the older Windows versions, you
could invoke the safe mode by using a
key combination while starting Windows.
This works in Windows 10 till date via the
shortcut [Shift]+[F8] however the time
window is so small that the process mostly
fails. A more reliable way to go to the safe
mode by clicking on the Power button after
clicking on the Windows icon on the bottom
left. Click on the "Restart” option while
keeping the [Shift] key pressed. The BIOS will
be displayed. Under "Advanced options”, you
will now see the "Windows Start settings”. Click on the button "Restart”. Windows will
now go into the safe mode after pressing the
[4] key.
Another way is via the system
configuration: You can go to the same by
pressing the shortcut [Windows] + [R]. Type
"msconfig” in the "Run” window and confirm
with OK. Now activate the options "Safe
Boot” and "Network” on the "Start” tab. After
clicking on OK, press the button "Restart” and
you will then directly come to safe mode.
Even the command prompt has the option
to invoke the safe mode. After pressing
the combination [Windows]+[X], activate
the "Command Prompt (Administrator)” and
confirm the security question. After typing the
command "bcdedit / set {current} safeboot
network”, Windows will go into safe mode.
This can go faster if you place a
corresponding link on the desktop. To do
this, right-click on a free area on the desktop
and select a "Link” under "New”. Now
specify "shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 00” as
path without the quotes and click on "Next”
and "Finish”. In future, clicking on the file
"shutdown.exe” will be sufficient to start
Windows 10 in safe mode.
Finally, there are two more options for
these start variants: Insert the Windows 10
DVD and click on "Computer Repair” on the
bottom right in the Installation screen. And
when worse comes to worst, start your PC
and immediately press the Power button
again till the computer shuts down. After you
have repeated this process four times, you
will come to the UEFI and can initiate the
safe mode there.
As claimed by Stanford Medical, It is really the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 19 kilos lighter than we do.
ReplyDelete(And actually, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING around "HOW" they are eating.)
BTW, What I said is "HOW", and not "what"...
